We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 12–18 months before your wedding date. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak wedding season (April–October). We accept bookings up to 2 years in advance.

Absolutely! We serve Texas, Florida, California, and Atlanta as our primary markets, but we love destination weddings. Travel fees apply for anything beyond 50 miles from Austin, TX. Reach out and we'll put together a custom quote for your location.

For The Highlight and The Feature packages, delivery is within 8 weeks of your wedding date. For The Epic package, delivery is within 10 weeks. We'll always keep you updated throughout the editing process.

We shoot on professional cinema cameras from Sony and Arri, paired with professional cinema lenses. We use professional audio recording equipment, stabilization rigs, and FAA-licensed drones where applicable. This is real film industry gear — not consumer cameras.

Yes! We offer photography add-ons to our video packages. Visit our Photo page to see examples, and mention it when you contact us so we can build a custom bundle for you.

We require a 50% retainer to secure your date, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and Zelle.

Of course — we collaborate with photographers all the time and know how to share a space without getting in each other's way. We're happy to connect with your photographer before the wedding day to coordinate timelines.

We've filmed in all kinds of weather and know how to adapt. Rain can actually create some of the most cinematic moments. Drone footage may be affected by weather conditions, but we'll always do our best and communicate transparently about any limitations.

Your film is delivered via a private, password-protected online link that you can share with family and friends. Files are available for download in full HD. We also offer optional USB delivery for an additional fee.
